Our Forum this month takes place on Friday 21 June 2019 between 12noon and 3pm and will see us visit the beautiful town of Oban, to engage with and hear more from our CRNS members operating throughout Argyll and Bute and the Highlands and Islands. Directly following the meeting we will then take a tour of the LORI Project which is based at the Moleigh Recycling Site. This tour will enable us to obtain an insight into the partnership working that goes on between The GRAB Trust, which operates the LORI Project, and also Argyll and Bute Council.
Regional forums are not only for our members based and operating in these areas, but they are open to any member in the surrounding areas (or further afield) to attend. It’s all about bringing organisations and their people together to network and exchange knowledge, obtain strategic updates from CRNS, and to hear from a few projects in more detail on the work they are carrying out to benefit their communities and to make Scotland a more circular economy.
A light lunch and refreshments will be provided at the forum.
Forums are free to CRNS members and the cost to non members wishing to attend a forum is just £10.00. Any non member that then decides they wish to join CRNS, would have this amount credited against their membership fee.
