Expert launches free guide to procurement

Mark Cook, the renowned expert on community benefit clauses, along with Gayle Monk of Anthony Collins Solicitors, has written a guide on procurement for National Council for Voluntary Organisations (NCVO). Although this guide, called Pathways Through the Maze, is written for an English audience, much of it will be relevant to Scottish third sector organisations. The document is the first comprehensive guide to procurement regulations written for voluntary organisations and community groups.
